- Understands replies: paid, check's in the mail, a date to pay, disputes, STOP
- Reads open invoices from QuickBooks or any spreadsheet export

Quote follow-up
Win the jobs you already quoted.

How it works
Pay the setup fee by card. You get a sign-in link right away.
QuickBooks (read-only) or a spreadsheet export, your email domain, and for texting, your own Twilio number. We walk you through it.
For 30 days every email is a draft you approve, edit or skip. The agents never threaten, never invent numbers and stop the moment someone replies or says stop.
Money collected, quotes won, callers booked, documents and receipts on file — and anything that needs you.

Questions
Who do my customers see the emails from?
From you: an address on your own domain (for example billing@yourbusiness.com), signed with your business name. Replies come back to us so the agent can read them, and you get a copy of every reply.
Will it annoy my customers?
The agents are polite by design: a few spaced-out messages, only during your business hours, never threats or pressure, and they stop as soon as someone replies, pays or says stop. Anything tricky — a dispute, a question, an upset customer — is handed to you.
Do I need QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks makes it automatic (read-only: we never change anything in it), but every agent also works from a spreadsheet you export from any software.
What does the AI do, and what does it cost?
It writes the wording in your voice and reads replies, receipts and certificates. Amounts, dates and invoice numbers are always filled in by code, never by the AI. Usage is prepaid with credits (most businesses spend a few dollars a month); without credits the agents keep working from fixed templates.
What do I need for the missed-call text-back?
A Twilio account and phone number in your business's name (we help you set it up, including the texting registration US carriers require). Calls can ring your phone first; only unanswered calls get the text. Texts go out 9am–8pm, always include how to opt out, and urgent messages come straight to you.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is walled off at the database level, stored keys and files are encrypted, and access to your accounting software is read-only. We don't sell data or use it to train AI models.
Where can I read the details?
In the guides: getting started, one guide per agent, QuickBooks and spreadsheets, your sending address, billing, and security.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing on your page. The service stops at the end of the paid month.
