Security and privacy

How your data and your customers' data are protected.

Each business's data is walled off at the database level (row-level security).
Stored keys (QuickBooks, Twilio) and files (certificates, receipts) are encrypted.
Access to QuickBooks is read-only; nothing is written back.
We don't sell data, don't use it for advertising, and don't use it to train AI models. AI providers only receive the text needed for each task.
Card numbers are never stored (Stripe handles payments). Policy numbers and tax IDs are never kept.
Everyone you contact can opt out: an unsubscribe link and STOP in every email, STOP for texts.
