Your sending address

Emails from your own address, landing in inboxes, with replies copied to you.

Your agents email from an address on your own domain, so customers see your business, not ours.

1. On your page, enter the sending address (for example billing@yourbusiness.com), the name emails come from, your business mailing address, and where reply copies and alerts should go.
2. We email you two or three DNS records (SPF/DKIM) to add at your domain host (GoDaddy, Google Domains, Squarespace, Cloudflare…). They let inbox providers know the emails are really from you. It takes about 10 minutes; we can walk you through it.
3. When the records check out, we switch you on.

Replies

Replies go to a reply address of ours so the agent can read them, and you get a copy of every one, with what the agent did. Your mailing address and an unsubscribe link are in every email's footer, as the law requires.
