AI credits
AI writes the wording in your voice and reads replies, receipts and certificates. It's paid from prepaid credits (from $10): each call is priced before it runs, and most businesses spend a few dollars a month. Without credits the agents keep working from fixed templates, and documents wait for you to check them by hand. Buy credits under Settings → AI credits; unused credits don't expire while your account is open.
Texting costs
The missed-call text-back uses your own Twilio account, billed by Twilio directly.
Card, invoices and cancelling
Under Settings, Billing, card & invoices opens Stripe's billing page: update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling stops the service at the end of the paid month. If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days; if it stays unpaid, your agents pause until it's paid.
